Create A Shoppe provides website and online store services under these Terms and any applicable policies or updates.
We may modify these Terms at any time by posting an updated version on our website. Continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of those changes.
We strive to offer helpful and responsive support.
Support is available via email and our help system. While we can’t guarantee 24/7 live service, we respond to all inquiries within 24–48 hours, excluding weekends and holidays.

All new accounts must be paid in full before setup. Services renew automatically on the same date each billing cycle (monthly, quarterly, or annually).
If a payment fails, you’ll receive an email notification. Accounts 3 days or more past due may be suspended until payment is made.
Suspended accounts remain inactive for 10 days before all website data is permanently deleted and cannot be recovered.
To avoid interruption, please contact sales@createashoppe.com to make arrangements if payment issues arise.
You may cancel your account at any time by emailing sales@createashoppe.com.
Due to the nature of our service, all payments are non-refundable, including early cancellations or terminations due to Terms violations.
Once payment is made, your account remains active for the term you’ve paid for—monthly or annually.
No refunds. No exceptions.
We reserve the right to refuse or terminate service at our discretion, without notice, for any reason, including violation of these Terms or abuse of our platform.
When using Create A Shoppe, you agree to:
Use the platform for lawful business or personal purposes only.
Provide accurate and up-to-date account information.
Maintain the security of your account credentials.
You may not:
Upload, distribute, or promote unlawful, offensive, or infringing content.
Use your website to send spam, phishing emails, or malware.
Attempt to access, copy, or modify any system or data belonging to Create A Shoppe or other users.
Resell, sublicense, or redistribute our platform, templates, or proprietary software.
Host or promote adult, gambling, or illegal content.
Violation of these rules may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account without refund.
All websites hosted with Create A Shoppe must retain the “Powered by Create A Shoppe” credit and copyright notice.
If your custom template does not include it, you must add a visible link to www.createashoppe.com.
Removing or hiding this credit violates our Terms, and we reserve the right to restore it or suspend your account.
When your service ends, you may not take or copy our website builder software, proprietary files, or built-in templates.
These remain the intellectual property of Create A Shoppe.
You may take only custom templates you personally purchased or designed.
Unauthorized use or transfer of our builder files is prohibited and may result in legal action or account termination.
Create A Shoppe Designers are independent contractors, not employees or affiliates of Create A Shoppe.
We do not endorse or guarantee their work and assume no responsibility for any outcomes arising from engagements with independent designers.
Any agreements made with third-party designers are strictly between you and the designer.
Create A Shoppe services are provided “as is” and “as available.”
We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding performance, reliability, or suitability for a particular purpose.
We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from:
Service interruptions
Loss of data or files
Unauthorized access
Software errors, delays, or outages
In no event shall Create A Shoppe’s total liability exceed the amount you paid for services in the one (1) month preceding the claim.
These limitations apply even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
This Agreement and any disputes arising from it shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Any dispute, claim, or controversy shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If not resolved, both parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Lee County, Florida.
By using Create A Shoppe, you consent to this jurisdiction and venue for all legal matters arising out of your use of our services.
